One of Friday’s jobs took us to Richmond, where a customer contacted us after becoming increasingly concerned about visible moth damage to their carpet.

That reaction is always the best part of the job — taking something a customer has been stressed or worried about and showing them there may actually be a solution.

Never throw away spare carpet.
Even a relatively small offcut stored in a cupboard, loft or garage can sometimes save an entire room from replacement years later.
